5-Axis Turning Centers, CNC Milling Machines and Robotic Mills

Nordic Components’ variety of robot-automated 4-axis and 5-axis CNC milling systems include both horizontal and vertical machines. Our Mazak Palletech systems have up to 6 pallets and a 120-tool magazine to support precision machining with minimal setup time. Our equipment list includes several CNC mills and turning centers with part sizes of up to 22” x 22” x 23”.
Our multi-axis turning centers allow us to machine complex 5-axis geometries. We have lathes that can accommodate work pieces of up to 15” in diameter and 30” in length.
Our 5-axis CNC machining services allow for faster and more-accurate creation of parts by eliminating the need to reposition workpieces.

Turning Centers
All turning centers are equipped with bar feeders to maximize unattended operation.

- 1 Haas SL20 with live tooling and 2’’ bar capacity
- All machines have in-machine inspection capability (Renishaw Inspection Plus).
